We did some pretty wild other things, but never ended up doing the idea I had, that this brought to mind. It was for my boyfriend partner and I to get dressed up in formal clothes and set up a cloth-covered table with wine glasses and candles by the side of the highway on the way to Las Vegas, where there is no roadside commerce, and eat a lovely meal. Can you imagine how startled the people in passing cars would have been? May there be more light-hearted times ahead when we think about charming one another and beautifying the world.
