This is one of the most astonishing works of performance art I ever have seen, where all the elements come together in a work of stunning originality. Crystal Pite has choreographed a piece, called The Statement , that’s like a play, where four dancers share a heated conversation around a conference table about the ills of corporate culture: control, moral conflicts, responsibility and the inability to escape.
