This brought to mind how everything is a canvas to an artist. As a crop circle enthusiast, I’d seen art that is similar in snow to what showed up in barley and wheat, but I haven’t seen anything to this scope. It also brings to mind Buddhist sand paintings where that oh so intricate work gets destroyed as soon as it’s finished. You can’t put sand or snow on walls and commodify them, and these are graphic reminders that life well-lived is focused in the moment.
