What is the highest-order covenant our species has within nature? Is it a promise? This promise inspires many questions that this treatise seeks to answer, such as, what is
the sacred contract of the Homo sapiens? Are we as a species destined to be enlightened? Immortal? Can we apply mindfulness skills to evolve our physiology? How does our health-care system need to transform to support the maturation of our species? To conclude that mental illness is due to a chemical imbalance is false. Truly, that view is old and incomplete (It was disproved 30 years ago!); the truth is it is a vitamin and mineral deficiency and lack of knowledge and training that creates out-pictured dissonance. Brain chemistry can be matured and supported to generate a most sublime chemical cocktail: the nectar of immortality. Historically known as the O soma drop, nectar of the gods, amrita of the brain, the philosopher’s stone, and water of life or ambrosia of the gods. One must be trained in how to achieve this most sublime achievement. “Come!” And let the one who hears say, “Come!” Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life. Revelation 22:17.
Can We, our species maneuver through this our End Times to create a new beginning? Yes, I sincerely agree that this epoch we are in, as the Christians frame it, are our END TIMES. The critical focus should not be on Chicken Little’s perspective of “The sky is falling”, but that WE need to co-create solutions to a number of crisis situations to create the next Age! I want to extend an invitation to you to consider working with me to create the Golden Age, The Ageless Age. I do mean it literally. To step up, to create technologies and medical practices needed to build the bedrock of an immortal society. Our old ways of thinking and doing of the previous age need change.
What are the internal dynamics of this nectar process that promotes physiological evolution from a meatarian to vegetarian to fruitarian and finally breatharian lifestyle? Can we thrive without eating food? Yes, any organic material! Can we, as a species, apply ourselves to evolve to become breatharian, to live on light and oxygen, to walk the path of the Water of Life? Are Homo sapiens destined to be or not to be an immortal species? What cultural changes do we need to make to support the conscious evolution of our species? How do we foster enlightened society? What forces govern this planetary process? Who is profiteering from quashing the growth and the consciousness of our species? Can we as a culture transform our way of thinking and doing to change how people think, how processes operate, and how our planet experiences our presence? What would an enlightened, aware culture actually be like in our post-modern culture? As a species, can we enter the arena of this process with grace and skill?

Looking at the kaleidoscope of our choices, it seems evident that in the Western consumptive, dominator society, we have been acting out of the paradigm Katharine Hepburn so eloquently stated to Humphrey Bogart in The African Queen: “Nature, Mr. Allnut, is what we are put in this world to rise above.” In contrast to our present consumptive, dominator society, can we create a sustainable culture such as the authors William McDonough and Michael Braungart (2013) of The Upcycle describe as nurturing and sustainable for all the children, of all species, for all time? Sounds like a worthy goal in this post-modern age, yes?
In contrast, our present-day consumptive, dominator society is in meta-crisis in many different arenas, most importantly our environmental ecosystem. Are we in the 6th extinction? The planet has experienced five previous mass extinction events, the last one occurring 65.5 million years ago which wiped out the dinosaurs from existence. Experts now believe we’re in the midst of a sixth mass extinction. What “dinasaurs” of thinking and doing need to perish for us to evolve to create an immortal civilization? Do humans survive this extinction event? Will we re-create and co-create the planet and save our complex ecosystems? Experts say WE have until 2030 to right many wrongs in our systems. We have a very critical window of opportunity.
Also, of concern is our economic imbalance between the haves and the have-nots. More than one study indicates the disparity is spiraling faster with each year. In addition, the impact of precarity – a persistent insecurity in employment or income – is creating a downward spiral for greater numbers of individuals and organizations. Are we headed for a collapse, a RE-Set or an Uplift? Can we solve the disparity and precarity within our population? Will WE create the Golden Age, the Ageless Age as prophesied by many cultures across the planet?
Also, our oceans and seas and rivers are dying. Our land pollution is clogging our water systems to an alarming degree, 80% of marine pollution comes from the land. The Mississippi River, the fourth longest river in the world is experiencing record droughts causing dry river expanses along its 2,300-mile length. The 7 layers of our atmosphere are experiencing difficulties from Chemtrail pollution. Also, there is depletion of the ozone layer. Our underground water system is experiencing major disruptions from the damage done by the fracking industry caused by the depletion of the water tables. Major disruptions in our water cycle resulting in droughts and famines have created concerns in many parts of the planet. Can WE address these concerns?

Will we overcome our shortcomings to create an egalitarian enlightened society?
Another goal of this treatise is to expound on the ways and means of how to create an egalitarian enlightened society. Can we create a planetary civilization that has been prophesied in many cultures and traditions throughout millennia—the creation of THE GOLDEN AGE, the ageless age?
Zen and the Art of Subration also outlines the process that elucidates the goals of consciousness, extends to communicate the translation skills necessary to grow through gap consciousness, and then further extends to explain how refinement into the final stages of Subration into post- enlightenment and ultimately breatharian status can be achieved, as I have discovered on my personal journey. Jesus Christ, nor Buddha, nor Patanjali, three great masters – who walked this planet in their age – did not mature to develop into this level of human existence. They did not live long enough.
This treatise is presented in three parts. The first part is written from a first-person subjective perspective. It offers a personal true-life account of one woman’s forty-year healing journey and describes the obstacles and intestinal fortitude it takes to overcome cultural conditioning to achieve the ultimate transformation: living on light and oxygen. I describe some of the tests I have been through, for without tests there would be no testimony. It includes key personal learning stories of how one woman discovered and integrated Tantric and Taoist immortality practices into her life and how she teaches and shares her knowledge in this post-modern age. I hope that by reading this account of years of trials and tribulations, you will overcome them faster and easier in your own life. Don’t you find it easier to learn from laughing at someone else’s mistakes instead of crying about your own?

Previous Olympians, all my fellow Ishaya Monks and Ascenders and anyone who feels that they were born to live forever. This material is especially directed to those who have retired and have the time and funds to invest in their transformation. This information is written for you, those of our species who are trained up, know how to work and have an adventurous constitution. The quote that comes to mind is the one made by the professional dance instructor Karina Smirnoff when she was dancing with Evan Lysacek, the 2010 Olympic championship figure skater on Dancing with the Stars. She told him, “I enjoy training you, because I don’t have to teach you how to work.” That is the mindset and behavior needed to be successful on this path.
This path is not for the weak of mind or faint of heart. Please do not misunderstand, this information is for everyone, but unfortunately, not everyone has an adventurous soul or the ability to work through the pain of the healing process. Most importantly, information does not mean transformation. One must put in the time and effort, to do the work, to make the journey. And then again, the destination is the journey.
For those who desire to climb into activating their IJC, creating an attitude of gratitude and cultivating the skills to create happiness and wonder in even the gravest circumstances lightens the journey and eases the path to finding more grace-filled solutions. Wouldn’t you agree? The path after you activate your IJC is about revisiting and healing through all your old wounds—physical, mental, and emotional—and whatever you may have encountered along the journey after this most incredible threshold is achieved. I relay my personal healing journey as a template, so to speak, to offer a road map of possibility. If I can heal through the myriad and much-entangled pain and injuries of my journey, so can you! I sincerely doubt you will encounter all the obscurations I did along my journey.

The second part offers seekers a simple outline of twelve essential psycho-physical skills everyone needs to master to achieve this ultimate transformation—activating and maturing your IJC. Teaching you, yes you reading this treatise, what is important to do in the marketplace, the dining room, the bedroom and your inner world. It all matters! What if, these twelve simple steps or skills were adopted and became cultural norms in our post-modern culture as easily as thumbing data into a cell phone? Can we create an immortal species? Can we create a culture that supports this evolutionary transformation? Can we as a conscious collective culture create a culture depicted like the one illustrated in the Liberty Mutual half-acre accountability commercials? Can we become each other’s keepers, aiding to prevent accidents and injuries to each other in this golden sphere? Could immortality become the accepted behavioral norm in our post-modern culture? Could we create a culture of everlasting life? It’s not magic, and it doesn’t happen in a twinkling of an eye. It does take a lot of that nasty four-letter word: WORK. Learning the right kind of work to do, at the right time is key to success. There is no substitute for knowing what you are doing. Keeping your eye on the goal aids the outcome: Immortality. Yes, Everlasting Life in this lifetime can be done. Evolution takes place within a generation, not between generations. Can’t, ain’t a word in my vocabulary.
I am a confessed Jesus Freak, Buddha Freak, Patanjali Freak, Marpa Freak, Milarepa Freak, Ken Wilber Freak and an MSI Freak. Most people are familiar with Jesus Christ’s ministry, from reading the Biblical New Testament and spreading his Good News gospel. He was a great moralist, teaching people how to behave in the world. 30 A.D. and lived in the Middle East. Buddha was most famous for his Visuddhimagga, the foundational Buddhist text known as The Path of Purification. He is famous for outlining the stages of insight and what it takes to achieve final liberation. He lived from 563 to 483 B.C. and lived in Nepal. He taught the INNER PATH and the Outer Path. Patanjali is famous for writing the Yoga Sutras, a classical yoga text which also outlines the stages of attainment. Like Buddha, he taught the Inner Path and the Outer Path, as well. He lived in India between the 2nd Century BCE and the 4th Century CE. Marpa was Milarepa’s teacher. Marpa lived from 1012-1097. He traveled from Tibet to Nepal in search of the dharma. Then went back to live in south Tibet to teach. His most famous student/disciple was Milarepa. Milarepa lived in western Tibet near Nepal from 1052 – 1135. He had a very hard childhood, a dark youth, and gained liberation later in life. Ken Wilber was born in 1949 in Oklahoma City, USA in 1949. He is famous for his Integral Theory and is the author of over 20 books. He is commended as the most translated academic author of the United States. To me his most important teaching is that 75% of the world’s population is still thinking and acting like those who lived 2000 years ago! They are stuck! (My phrasing) Mostly because people refuse to do their Inner Work and are trapped in their B.S. – culturally, sexually and spiritually bound Belief Systems. And lastly, MSI was an American who lived from 1949 – 1997. He wrote six books and established The Order of the Ishaya Monks. He taught the inner path and the outer path. He is my sat guru. If you haven’t heard or read of these prophets’ lives and teachings that is the biggest reason why you are stuck! George Santayana, a notable philosopher, coined the phrase “Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.” Truthfully Brothers and Sisters, we are at a crunch point in time, We are doomed if We don’t step up and solve our metacrisis.
I would be remiss to not include Mohammad, the founder of Islam in this list of Masters. I respect his life’s work, but confess to not studying his Quran very deeply. I do love the Sufi “order” known as tariqa. The Sufi turuq formed congregations along a chain of successive teachers back to the Islamic prophet Muhammad
With all messengers/prophets, I caution to seriously examine what stage of development and state of development each prophet achieved. That is the meat and potatoes of Part 3 of this treatise. I examine stages – vertical development and states – horizontal development. How to advance them and how to evaluate them and when you know you have achieved them.
I also love my country. I mean I really love my country, not what it is, but what it could and should be. The founders of America were deeply spiritual and moral men and women, fundamentally seeking to escape tyranny from empirical rule. They diligently collaborated to support each other. It is always important to understand the enemy, the “dinosaur” that needs to be slain. The final pledge between the signers of the Declaration of Independence stated: And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor. This pledge set the stage for the creation of a common sacred dream that our founders wrote numerous letters to each other about, discussing and reflecting upon their wisdom and many life lessons.
The third part of this book is written from a first-person plural collective perspective—us. This collective perspective is a scholarly overview of how many noted prophets of different traditions and times have taught and fostered transformation of consciousness and various aspects of culture. I dispute some of their insights as old and outdated and laud many as true to my experience as well. One usually only rises to the level of your Teacher. Culturally, we have been separated by mountains and oceans from learning about each other’s expertise. And, sadly it is difficult to leave one teacher to learn from the next one higher up on the mountain, so to speak. I hope that my perspective will offer readers challenges and practices to consider incorporating into their own lives and to those adventurous souls, a sincere invitation is extended to seek out my personal tutelage. It is much easier to achieve the impossible by learning from someone who has already done it! In addition, hopefully my perspective will challenge and offer present-day political, spiritual and business leaders a blueprint to stretch to incorporate sustainable business practices to support our cultural transformation and develop the political will to make the necessary changes to aid our species and culture to mature. Evolution is a fact, Jack. Can we do it with grace and skill? Can our culture grow to support the transformation of our species to support immortality?
Thoughts are things. Did anyone think before the creation of the automobile that we as a culture would create such a complex industry around the buying, selling, and using of such wondrous machines? Did anyone foresee the environmental damage their emissions would create? Are we as a culture going to learn from our previous economic choices? Did any economic leaders foresee how the consumption of fossil fuels for these machines would create emissions that would threaten the demise of our environment? his first vehicles to consume hemp oil as his fuel of choice. What and who shifted that consumer trend away from a sustainable fuel choice?
What about the advancement of the airplane? How wondrously and undauntingly the Wright Brothers labored against seemingly insurmountable odds to create flying machines, which created remarkable changes in our culture. In this post-modern age, we take the ability to fly around this planet from city to city in mechanical machines for granted. Flying around the world, from city to city, was unthinkable a hundred years or so ago. Those inventors were not burned at the stake, poisoned, banished, or imprisoned for their visionary perspective. Historically, others have been. Once I learned the simple twelve principles I outline in this book, it has taken me less than fifteen years to step toward breatharian status. Where will our culture be in another 15 years, twenty years?

I dare to whisper ever so gently to political, business, and spiritual leaders to challenge the present cultural norms to pave the way to create changes that will support our cultural advancement. Stand up and know we can create eternal life and an egalitarian culture that supports true health and shared wealth “for all the children, of all species for all time,” as William McDonough and Michael Braungart (2013) state in The Upcycle. In addition, this guidebook for transformation includes a number of experiential coaching processes to ease your authentic transformational moments. Please stop and invest the time to do the processes offered; do not just read the words. Greater value and understanding will be earned by investing in the learning and not just reading the words at face value. Ease and grace are so important to offering a peace-filled and prosperous journey, for all those who choose to walk the path. A thousand-mile journey begins with the first step. May grace and goodwill forever foster your learning journey.
What are some of the dinasaurs we need to slay? Some of the critical environmental issues we need to address are: solving ocean pollution, managing Nitric Oxide ocean cycles, addressing the melting of Artic sheets releasing methane from the ocean floor, preventing more Siberian exploding craters, preventing the second Great Dust Bowl, reversing desertification (Did you know that the Sahara Desert was once a vast grassland?) and establishing a Free Energy culture are discussed in Chapter 34.
The concept and practice of mass incarceration is discussed in Chapter 46. Did you know that 1 out of every 5 prisoners in the WORLD are in the United States of America, in the land of the free and home of the brave? Did you know that China is utilizing “re-education” camps to retrain and recondition their citizens in proper state behavior? Did you know that the Russian prison population, estimated at roughly 420,000 before the invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, plummeted to a historic low of about 266,000, according to Deputy Justice Minister Vsevolod Vukolov, who disclosed the figure during a panel discussion earlier in October 2023. They were released to go fight in the Ukraine War. As was reported by Mary Ilyushina, in The Washington Post on October 26, 2023 in the article titled: Russia prison population plummets as convicts are sent to war.
The concept of destructive and damaging Sexual practices are discussed in Chapter 6 and 44. Yes, learning how to make love can aid the evolution of consciousness and our species overall health.
In Chapter 47 a discussion of redefining work and transforming business practices to honor Nature and the Sacred in how we do what we do in everything we do.
In Chapter 48 a discussion of how to evolve beyond the paradigm of war to resolve conflicts is addressed. What a concept, can we live to learn how to collaborate to solve our issues instead of endless jaw jacking that escalates to war?
It has been my experience that you do what you know until you learn something different, hopefully better. As you learn, you share your knowledge, and others can grow and learn from your life lessons, shortening the learning curve. Before long, collective learning takes place, and the surrounding culture changes. Then a paradigm shift occurs, creating a leading edge of change. I hope that we learn before our mistakes hurt, maim, or kill others or ourselves. I have hurt myself unconsciously many times and been hurt by many folks consciously and unconsciously. I was tortured as an infant, was severely traumatized in numerous accidents and injuries as an adult, including ski wrecks and bike wrecks; and injured my lower back when I fell down a flight of stairs. I have been beaten by law enforcement, jailed and forcefully drugged in the hospital system too many times to count and seriously, purposely poisoned in a hospital as well, when they pushed a tainted bag of blood into me. I was in an emergency room with no open wounds and no loss of blood. I had to seek healing and had to work, to not kill myself from the pain of the physical and emotional healing process. Ultimately, I stepped into activating my immortal jing cycle (IJC) because I was pushing to heal from all my life injuries. I have had much grist for the mill of self-discovery and healing. I do self-reflect earnestly and question whether I would have made the journey if I had known how tough it was going to be. There is wisdom in trusting the unfolding and creating

a more grace-filled journey. Learning to endure with grace and skill and more quickly becoming self-reliant is quite different from feeling one is suffering the journey alone. One vital axiom the intensity of my healing and learning journey has taught me is community is so very important, especially when stepping into dealing with the IJC. I do mean living with and near other folks who are undergoing the journey, not just connecting via the internet. Living in altered state realities can be very treacherous and causes those around you to condemn you to jail and hospitals. Activating the IJC purifies and activates the organs of the brain to produce a refined brain cocktail that drips down the back of your throat. When this “Holy Water” this “Water of Life” is activated, the purification in turn heals all the other cellular structures in the body. It is the actual physical truth of what opening the sixth seal truly means. Once consciousness is purified, the organs of the brain actually mature, purify, and grow to secrete this most refined fluid, the nectar of immortality. Communicating what this process is and how to support the maturation of the brain chemistry with the appropriate amino acids, vitamins, herbs, minerals, nootropics and mindfulness practices is a primary goal of this treatise. In my knowing, the ultimate goal of our species’ evolution is to integrate the understanding of how this most refined brain nectar is generated and cultivated. “Come!” And let the one who hears say, “Come!” Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life. Revelation 22:17. It is a gift that occurs as a result of the development our/your consciousness. Is it free? Well, you must invest in time and tutelage to develop it. It does flow freely when you know how to midwife the flow.
Presently, the science of how to support and integrate this knowledge into our culture is being over-shadowed by much ignorance, fear, and greed. How we as a conscious, co-creating species learn to activate our DNA and subsequently the human brain to continue to mature and grow in order to emit this most refined chemical cocktail is one of this

Epoch’s greatest challenges. In my knowing, generating the nectar of immortality is our most divine gift. It will take skill, compassion, and patience from many helping professionals to integrate this knowledge. In turn, learning the stages of how the generation of this most refined fluid transforms the digestive processes, heals the internal organs, and activates the pulmonary processes to transform us to be able to live on light and oxygen could become a wondrous journey. Presently, there is much fear and marketing that perpetuates myths about mental illness. Old technology and poor science continue to perpetuate the myth of mental illness in the psychological community and support the continued quashing of learning higher metaphysical truths. Isn’t that incredible? It has been said that the science fiction of one age is the science and truth of the next age.
The physiological evolution of our species is meatarian, vegetarian, then fruitarian, then liquidarian/watarian, and finally breatharian. It took 550,000 to 750,000 years for Homo sapiens to evolve. It took hundreds of years for our culture to evolve beyond the limited truth of the myth that the earth was flat, with people thinking that if you explored too far, you would fall off the edge of the planet! How many leaders during that cultural edge had to die, be imprisoned, or be burned at the stake before the higher truth was generally accepted in the wider population? I wonder how many people told Christopher Columbus he was crazy before he left to sail across the ocean. I wonder how many listened to his tales upon his return with wonder and acceptance. Concerning the IJC, it has been my experience that as consciousness purifies and matures the human energy field (HEF) and one learns to live on a more refined source of energy, the purified sacred vessel needs less and less organic food. The body transitions to intake and become reliant on a more refined fuel source: light and oxygen. We as a species can learn to become metaphysical solar panels able to live on light and oxygen! Isn’t that amazing?

a dear friend. This dearest friend and I promised each other that before we did the deed, we would call each other to say our last goodbyes. We were able to be present in some deep, dark places for each other and pull each other through the darkness. Sharing such meaningful dark times, seeing and accepting each other’s shadow selves, and becoming deeply vulnerable with another soul was a great act of courage. It takes an act of courage to be vulnerable and honest in the densest times of our lives. Emotional pain is much diminished in our culture. For my soul sister and I, learning to feel and embrace the emotional darkness and talk about it grew both our communication and listening skills. At times, my heart area felt like someone could pass their whole hand through the center of my body. My heart pain was over-the-top intense from grieving the levels of abuse, neglect, and torture I experienced as an infant and later as a child. The process did at times cause actual feelings of physical distress. Suffering hollows out the self to make room for compassion, then passion. I still find self-soothing comfort in rubbing my heart and putting a heating pad or at times ice on the physical center of my chest.
The internal dynamics of the alchemical process are basically about regulating two forces—hot and cold, yin and yang, expansion and contraction—and learning how to manage the changes and how to find your sweet spot. I consider as I write these words, if I had known of these skills back when, could I have considerably lessened the intensity of the physical pain and suffering I endured? Yes, of course, and for that reason I am devoting the time and energy to communicate this material. Too

My dearest friend became a licensed social worker, and I am growing my coaching practice to motivate others to activate their IJC. I give great thanks for being blessed with her friendship in my life. We both made it; Lo, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death. We pulled each other out of the depths of our physical and emotional pain. I still try to call her weekly after forty years of friendship to share my life stories and to hear hers. Thankfully, neither of us did the deed. She was able to celebrate her daughter’s wedding and enjoys her three grandsons’ company. into experiencing satchidananda, or bliss consciousness, and beyond. I am espousing what it takes to transform physically from a meatarian to a vegetarian to a fruitarian/liquidarian and then to a breatharian lifestyle. So, find a comfortable chair and a nice, hot toddy and lean in to laugh and cry about how one woman overcame some incredible odds to learn how to find the joy in living and even to learn what the bliss of satchidananda truly means. It can be done!

Satchidananda is a known stage of achievement in the East. It is recognized and venerated, much like Christ consciousness in the West. Christ consciousness is a subtle achievement that can be validated from a learned person who has achieved the state, whereas someone who has achieved that stage of development for themselves cannot mistake satchidananda. Once the nectar of immortality has begun to drip, it is physical validation that the purification has been achieved. It is unmistakable because all three bodies—the physical, the emotional, and the mental—require purification to achieve satchidananda. This stage of achievement activates and purifies all three bodies of the Homo sapiens: the nirmanakaya, the physical; the sambhogakaya, the emotional; and the dharmakaya, the mental/soul. Another way of labeling the three bodies is gross, subtle, and causal. The three bodies can be further divided into the five koshas: The physical body contains the food sheath or the Annamaya kosha, the subtle body or astral body contains 3 sheaths the pranamaya kosha, the manomaya kosha and the vijnanamaya kosha and the causal body contains the anandamaya kosha. It takes purification of the anandamaya kosha to produce the nectar of immortality. This brain cocktail is a complex, natural chemical effluent generated after one has stabilized satchidananda, or the three bodies in one awareness— truth, knowledge, and bliss. Therefore, purification of all three bodies—nirmanakaya, sambhogakaya, and dharmakaya—results in the production of the nectar. In the end, the three bodies—the trikaya— gain strength directly from the fire, and combined with the nectar; they induce the transformational processes in the body at the cellular and molecular levels. body, the Svabhavikakaya, the non-dual and integrative body where all other bodies can be witnessed free of thoughts, objects and things in any realm – gross, subtle, causal. It sprouts as a result of the purification of the other three. The fruit of the Trikaya is the Svabhavikakaya. One ultimately inhabits the “Varja Body” the indestructible or Diamond Body. This most refined purification results in the healing of all four bodies into a higher energetic state and transforms the whole system to be able to exist on light and oxygen. Yes, imagine that—being able to transform the body to exist on a chemical cocktail generated by the brain that eventually transforms the whole system to be able to extract chi, oxygen, and light from one’s surroundings. The subtle energetic chakra system truly flowers energetically. Learning how to undergo the process is at the core of Zen and The Art of Subration. Literally becoming a solar panel is the end goal.
To augment this ultimate healing and transformation, a foundational process is conversation. I have come to understand that learning requires conversation. Have you ever considered that notion? Whether it is having a conversation with oneself or someone else, reflecting upon the ideas in a book, shouting at a television show, or reflecting on a memory of the past, the exchange of information and reflection on the exchange— that is, having a conversation—results in learning. Journaling and self- reflection are such powerful learning tools. The traditional spiritual conversation in Eastern traditions often occurs in sanghas. A sangha is created when students gather to practice inquiry with a learned prophet. During these most auspicious times, much reflection, learning, and connection can be achieved. When participants sit in close proximity to another who has done years of practices, (WHEN TWO OR MORE ARE GATHERD) their human energy fields (HEFs) can undergo purification and attain heightened frequency. Psychic energy concentrates, unlike physical matter. I hope and pray, that the practice of sangha propagates higher learning and evolution in service of the evolution of self and humankind and not in propagation of destructive, obstructive patterns and practices. Higher learning is the main objective of evolution and why cultural evolution is so valuable. Wouldn’t you agree? Otherwise, culture would never advance.

How would you characterize a quality conversation? Is it characterized by being constantly interrupted, before you can complete a train of thought? Alternatively, do you appreciate the rich exchange of being heard and responding by asking engaging questions to further inquire into the speaker’s experience? At this level of exchange, the speaker is taking the subjective perspective—talking about some occurrence or event in his or her life. The listener is taking the objective perspective—quietly, attentively, and actively listening. A conversation, in my experience, requires a speaker and an active listener. In addition, it has been my experience that good conversations take place when the role of speaker and listener can easily and effectively change and when sharing takes place. Conversation is not a lecture. Effective speaking and listening skills are essential to creating a good conversation. For me, a great conversation takes place when the participants seamlessly flow back and forth between speaker and listener.
When information is exchanged and richer elements of human experience can be expressed, a wider range of emotional material— funny, sad, or exciting, from ACOA mad, glad, sad to name a few— can color the verbal exchange. Then conversations can step both participants into a greater learning. One leaves the arena of the crucible of conversation enriched, having shared some aspect of himself or herself in an authentic, caring manner. That individual leaves the exchange feeling heard, valued, and in the mood to reconnect at some future date to share another wonderful exchange. Conversation fosters learning and propagates knowledge through the culture. Subsequently, that is why relationships are so very important. You get to practice your conversation skills. That is why social media has become so popular. Of course, sadly, not all conversations are great ones. Moreover, sticks and stones can break your bones, but harsh words can break your heart.
Another foundational process that facilitates the growth of consciousness is Subration. What is Subration, and how does it work? Researchers, both psychologists and neuropsychologists have characterized the foundational process of growth of consciousness as Subration. Subration is the process an individual undergoes to achieve growth of consciousness. Subration as defined by Eliot Deutsch in his

treatise Advaita Vedanta: A Philosophical Reconstruction is “the Mental Process whereby one re-evaluates some previously appraised level of consciousness because of its being canceled, or at least set in a different context, by the experience of a new level of consciousness” (1969, 15). What does that actually mean, and how does it work in your daily awareness?
Think in terms of extending your awareness in your personal physical surroundings. As you sit gazing at these words, whether in a book or on a computer screen, you are viewing that flat surface upon which these words appear. That is your primary subject in the field you are focused upon in this moment. Now, extend your awareness, specifically your sense of sight, to include some object in your surroundings. Pick out something that is farther away from you but still in view of the primary subject, like a picture, a clock, or a chair. Now extend your awareness to include that new object in your new, expanded view. For this example, I will include a wall hanging to my immediate left in the room I am sitting in that depicts statements of how God is love. It is a very lovely picture in my opinion. Now extend your awareness to continue to include the new object of focus and the old subject, the computer screen or book page.
As you hold that widened focus, feel into your body world. Do you feel changes in your hearing? Has some new sound become known to you, that you were previously unaware of nearby? Do you feel some tingling of sensual body change? That is your nervous system stretching. Do you feel something heating up? Stretching causes heat in the system. All the added symptoms are a result of widening your conscious awareness. Your awareness has now expanded to include more objects in your subjective surroundings. The objects have now become your expanded subjective perspective. You have gained ground, so to speak.
Now once again, extend your awareness to another object in your physical surroundings, something even more distant than the previous object and in the opposite direction, while holding the widened gaze. For me it is a nearby doorway. What did you choose? Now, sit and observe the widened view of all three objects—for me, the book page or computer screen, the picture, and the doorframe. Now, stretch

your awareness into all three objects. This new you, the new out- pictured landscape, has expanded to include all these objects in your widened surroundings, creating a new subjective experience. Sense any phenomenon that may have occurred after you extended your eye gaze. This is how consciousness grows.
By continuing to extend your awareness to include greater numbers of objects and exploring greater unknowns farther away from your center point, you learn to expand your subjective self and awareness. Your senses extend to hear, see, and sense greater surroundings, stretching to include more. Your consciousness processes what is a doorway, what new words mean, and how they interrelate within the old established neuro- networks, ever stretching to grow and integrate into greater complexity. This experience of stretching your senses exercises your body mind and creates changes in your sensory experience, your body/world. Zen and the Art of Subration is managing these changes and learning what they may be and how to continue to ameliorate the growth while alleviating the pain or discomfort of the growth.
The Art of Subration can be compared to going to the gym and doing physical exercises. You know what exercises you like, and you do them on a daily or weekly schedule. Your body mind gets used to the routine; you learn what to eat before the routine to optimize the training, and you learn to enjoy the high, the feeling of hormonal flux created by a time of purposeful stretch of the body. To grow your physical strength and endurance, you add more weight training, another yoga class, or some additional endurance training into your previous schedule. The increased exercise causes muscle pain the next day, so you take a rest day and figure out what you need to do to alleviate the discomfort—maybe by applying ice or heat. If you suffered an injury, you take additional measures to take care of the physical discomfort by taking pain medication or maybe additional R&R days to recuperate. That is a process of physical development that most people in our culture are familiar with these days. The maturing process of consciousness is a bit more complex and mysterious. Another foundational tool that aids growth is having a knowledgeable teacher, coach, therapist, or guide who can teach you the nuances of his or her tradition of mindfulness meditation. Different traditions have different goals. In addition, there are slow paths and there are fast paths. Ascension as taught by the Ishayas is a fast path. My tradition, ascension, as taught by www.eternalifeproject.com is an immortality teaching. Luckily, through the years I have been blessed with some amazing teachers, some gifted therapists, and a few coaches who seemed to come when I needed them the most. These days, thankfully, I contract with business coaches and mentors. In my knowing, earning the reflection and connection of a caring, knowledgeable coach can aid you through your stuck behaviors, encourage you through the tough moments, and aid you to celebrate your accomplishments. Coaching is a valuable investment and an excellent stage of development. Magic Johnson, one of the greats said, “He always needed a coach.”
Many of my teachers came in book form, characters that reached out to me through written words. Some came through the ages, over the mountains, and even from across the cosmic ocean to teach me their truth. One of my favorite teachers is Robert M Pirsig’s alter ego, Phaedrus, in his book Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance (1974). I first bumped into Phaedrus in my high school days when his book was first published. One of his most memorable wisdoms continues to guide my life:
Mountains should be climbed with as little effort as possible and without desire. The reality of your own nature should determine the speed. If you become restless, speed up. If you become winded, slow down. You climb the mountain in equilibrium between restlessness and exhaustion. loose. From this place the snow is less visible, even though closer. These are things you should notice anyway. To live only for some future goal is shallow. It’s the sides of the mountain which sustain life, not the top. Here’s where things grow.
But of course, without the top you can’t have any sides. It’s the top that defines the sides. So, on we go … we have a long way … no hurry … just one step after the next … with a little Chautauqua for entertainment … Mental reflection is so much more interesting than TV it’s a shame more people don’t switch over to it. They probably think what they hear is unimportant but it never is. (1976, 183)
I read Robert M Pirsig’s Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance every few years, comparing my growth to his static literature, wondering what parcel of his truism would stand out for me in that particular year’s new reading. It is somewhat like visiting with an old friend after years of separation and being charmed and surprised at seeing a new facet of his or her personality. It was not until I started into my own journey of healing through PTSD that I truly came to understand my affinity for his Chautauqua. Now, I am writing my own Chautauqua. Funny how patterns flow through our lives, coming full circle, isn’t it?
The Chautauqua movement was popular at the turn of the century. Businessman Lewis Miller and Methodist minister John Heyl Vincent established the first circuit Chautauqua in 1874. The Chautauqua tents were traveling teaching times for communities to gather to enjoy lectures on a variety of subjects, including performances of classical plays and other timely cultural performances. According to Charlotte Canning (2000), many people saw their first movies in Chautauqua tents. The goal of the Chautauqua movement was to offer challenging, informational, and inspirational performances to stimulate thought and discussion on important political, social, and cultural issues of the day (www.lib.uiowa.edu/sc/tc/).

I wrote this Chautauqua mostly following a historical timeline, as our lives typically unfold one year after the next. By no means did I have these memories, understandings, and meanings in any way, shape, or form as I aged through the years of my life. It was only after I divorced, ending a ten-year relationship, and stepped into my own therapeutic couch-time that I gained the knowledge of the depth of trauma I endured during my childhood. Prior to my divorce, I thought I had a fairly healthy childhood. After years of therapy, healing, and living in a spiritual community for five years, I now capsulate my life lessons as a montage of Hollywood movies:

The Miracle Worker (1962)—This movie depicts Helen Keller’s life story and how she overcame incredible physical disabilities to create a worthwhile life.
Sybil (1976)—Sybil was initially a book and was later made into a television miniseries that was then made into a feature Sybil was the first notable individual that was diagnosed with multiple personality disorder (MPD). She had sixteen inner personalities. I differ from Sybil in that all my inners responded to my given name, which made the level of dissociation through chronic complex PTSD a bit less intense. The constellation of my complexes included twelve inners of both sexes—three angry boys who acted out, eight hurt little girls, and one boy who was a fighter.
The Prince of Tides (1991)—This movie is a story about a sister and brother who survived a very brutal childhood. The sister struggles with suicide and rape
The Master (2012)—This film tells the story of how a spiritual teacher interacts with his community of followers and aids them to heal and I lived in a spiritual community with 250 people being led by one master who had gained access to the subtle realms. His teaching style was and is unconventional and powerful. These days I am learning how to lead my own flock into activating their Immortal Jing Cycles and achieving breatharian status.

Bliss (1997)—This movie depicts a newly married couple’s journey through marriage counseling. They encounter an alternative practitioner who teaches them how to resolve the psychodynamics of the wounds within their trikaya and how to cultivate yin for her and yang for I will present more in-depth tantric sexual and couples’ material and coaching exercises in the second book of the Eternal Life Project: The Training and Life Experiences of a Sacred Maha Tantric Shamana. I present some sexual-intelligence material within this book because as someone who healed from sexual trauma, I know how powerful the healing process can be and how graceful depth healing can take place once this level of practice is integrated into a daily and weekly regimen. This second book also includes disciplines for women to live their most beautiful, enlightened selves. It is a lifestyle change, truly transformational!
Just recently, a male seeker who had endured an unfulfilling ten- year marriage participated in one of my healing ceremonies, stated more than once during the session, “Wow, if I had only known about these practices, these skills could have saved my marriage.” This is sad and true for many couples. Working with couples is very rewarding. Teaching women how to pleasure their sacred beloved offers new avenues and opportunities for men to get their sensual and sexual needs met and for women to get their emotional and intimacy needs met. My shamana couple’s sessions are a paradigm reset to step both partners into experiencing the true meaning of what the ecstatic state feels like energetically. Many times, this state can be nurtured and fostered into a peak multi-orgasmic, ecstatic experience and even a full-blown depth experience of bliss consciousness, not just a taste for experienced longtime meditators. A paradigm shift can be achieved in one session. I have witnessed it take place, time and again. These sessions are so wondrous and such a joy to facilitate.

have no idea how to access or serve! {Wakeup Dr. Greer, you know a great deal, but you don’t have all the answers. I don’t either, but my worldview is definitely different from yours. Please Sir, don’t stop what you are doing just incorporate this knowledge, too.} The body learns to sleep, and the mind awakens to deeper functions. Then the soul can be taught to access paths of service, within the Bodhisattva Guild. To activate the IJC, individuals need not access these pathways unless they have the body type and character to endure the training. Souls can remain grounded in the body to cocoon and mature, remaining present to a behind- the-eyes, centered awareness. Souls who choose can be taught to extend into an outbound learning path, beyond this planetary plane. Many are called; few are chosen. More in-depth material and coaching exercises will be presented in the third book of the Eternal Life Project: How Activation of the Warrior Archetype Aids in Maintaining Sacred Space and Catapults Attainment in This Golden Sphere. That is a tease and an invitation. I will never, ever write that book. Nor show my face on the internet or appear in multi- media. If you feel inspired to learn how to put on your Armor of God, use the breastplate of righteousness and learn the deeper truths of spiritual warfare it can be fun and you never have to bleed red anymore. But you have to keep your mouth shut and do not share with everyone what you know. It is a wonderfully informative documentary about the process of activating the Immortal Jing Cycle. It interviews some Enlightened Masters who have done it. For every scene in these listed movie productions, my true-life story illustrates the facts behind the fiction and reinforces the true portrayals of others’ experiences. Most succinctly, I jokingly refer to myself as the Helen Keller of mental health. Helen Keller was not born deaf or mute. She was born fully functioning and suffered an illness, either scarlet fever or meningitis, that robbed her of her sight and hearing. She had a caring family that helped her heal from her maladies and a dedicated teacher who helped her overcome her disabilities. I was born Enlightened; I was in the second stage of Enlightenment – Exalted Consciousness. (Please, refer to Chapter 25 to explore the functions and expression of this state of consciousness: Exalted Consciousness). I have always seen and heard much more than others in my surround. In contrast to Helen Keller’s family, my family was tortuous and cruel. I suffered beatings from a rage-filled father; neglect and cruelty from an absent, self-centered mother; and torture and abuse from an older brother who was acting out his pain and frustration.
I identify with Sybil’s healing journey because my PTSD was severe and I suffered much the same psychic ‘woundology’ as she did. In contrast to me, she healed the severity of her condition without maturing to learn mindfulness skills. The Prince of Tides depicts some very harsh, brutal emotional and physical traumas. My upbringing was so very similar to the dinner table trauma in that production, especially the scene where the young girl sits with her dress inside out and no one cares or notices the dissonance.
I went on to learn from a spiritual teacher somewhat like the one depicted in The Master. The psychodynamics within the spiritual

community I lived in were very similar to those portrayed in this movie. Additionally, my sat guru teacher incorporated the time-honored traditional monastic skills of debate, resolution of the paradox, and inquiry into his teaching techniques, along with the study of Vedic scripture, Christian scripture and other subtle methodologies. Once the deeper states are accessed, the more refined workings of the merkaba (mer means “light,” ka means “spirit,” and ba means “body”) teaching can be accessed. I grew to most fortuitously learn from my teacher what Merkabah riding, or the skills of the chariot of fire, truly requires of an individual. It is not metaphorical. Biblical accounts of Ezekiel’s vision are just subtle archetypical visions of the truth. The invitation of this epoch is to step into a higher truth of how our planetary ascension could take place to attain the supreme goal of our species.
I mention these Hollywood movies as a montage in an effort to succinctly offer you a true-life picture of my learning journey and to create some level of commonality of feeling, thinking, and memory. We learn by associating past thoughts, memories, and feelings into our body world. We build neuro-networks from previous memories into new learned behaviors. If you have not viewed these artful productions, I encourage you to invest the time to experience these characters’ perspectives. Comparing and contrasting similarities in your life to those portrayed on the screen while practicing the art of Subration and ascension will speed your maturation. I hope that the effort to extend a bridge to some commonality in your own personal life will easily and effortlessly aid your stage of development. By espousing the darkness of my personal story, sharing the deepest, darkest details of my pain, it is not my goal to traumatize readers or romanticize the pain. I emphasize the healing and diligently try not to focus on the pain and to share skills of how to heal through the pain. Also, by sharing the truth of what it takes to function with an etheric charioteer, maybe my experience will motivate you to want to join in the learning journey.
Instead of focusing on the pain of learning and healing, it is my objective to share personal stories of key moments during the years of my life, those fulcrum-learning moments that enabled fortuitous growth to shape and frame my earthly life. I also share some not-so-bright moments when learning came from approaching the shadow self and resolving those obscurations. I also highlight what I characterize as perfect moments. It has become an essential skill for me to focus on the bright, joy-filled moments of grounded living in this

sacred vessel. Conditioning my consciousness to experience the joy in the midst of terror, horror, and dissociation has lessened the steepness of my learning curve. If you string enough perfect moments together, what do you get? Paradise?
My goal in writing this memoir and espousing what it takes to heal through manic depression and schizophrenia is to convey that if I can heal through some of the deepest, darkest wounds any soul on this planet could endure and still live to activate the Immortal Jing Cycle, then so can you! It can be done! The road has been trodden; now it needs to be widened.

In my experience, manic depression (or bipolar disorder) indicates excess heat in the brain and blockages within the nervous system that can cause a characteristic constellation of symptoms that practitioners then pathologize and label. There have been years of indoctrination and millions of dollars spent on marketing to condition our culture to perpetuate these myths. The pharmaceutical industry has funded evidence-based research for years to support the finding that drugs are the cure. Doctors within the allopathic field of medicine are trained to seek the pill that heals the ill. For the most part, medically trained Western doctors are not interested in how the deeper alchemical processes may be activating the trikaya to create some type of dissonance or blockage out-pictured in the physical form. I have found alternative mindfulness practices and herbal remedies that counter unwanted constellations of symptoms and that deepen and accelerate the alchemical processes. Ignorant people in my surroundings have attached the label of schizophrenia to me. Schizophrenia for me is when my outside does not match my inside. It is when my inner reality does not make sense to those viewing my outer body/world! Because they are in waking state; I am not! Ignorant practitioners rush to paint everyone as mentally ill. This is a conundrum, because it is ignorant others viewing me from the outside and judging, condemning, and not understanding my internal landscape that creates the schism in the first place. It is essential to create community with like-minded others you trust if you desire to mature in these practices. Being “diagnosed” or witnessed by those on the outside who do not have subtle awareness and understanding of the deeper alchemical processes at work perpetuates ignorance and bad behaviors and reflects fear and shame to the client and into the community—hence the schizoid or schism from outside to inside. I caution you to be very careful about whom you share your journey with and how. It is essential to gain knowledgeable feedback and support in this level of discipline. Most healing practitioners have yet to integrate this stage of human development into their learning. Earning the skills to be able to aid someone to integrate and heal through these healing crises has brought me some very interesting and challenging clients. (Please refer to Chapter 26). I do sprinkle these wisdom stories throughout my learning journey. To me they are invaluable lessons and hopefully, will aid others to extend compassion to those undergoing our species’ maturation process. In addition, hopefully you will someday walk in their shoes, because these are advanced disciplines.
For instance, one evening in Chicago, when my feet were burning as I was walking to the grocery store, I found a landscaped space that was covered with smooth rocks. They were all about 3 inches in diameter and placed in close proximity to each other. My feet felt like they were on fire, literally burning with heat. So, I took off my socks and shoes and started to walk across the smooth stones. It felt so incredibly soothing and cooling. But, what do you know happened to folks who were watching me from a distance? They were all bundled up in coats and

scarfs and I was walking on the ground in my bare feet and wearing light clothes. Well, what do you know happened next? They called 911 and I was hauled off to the hospital one more time. I could not refuse medical attention and I was unable to communicate to the first responders that I was not in waking state. They had not heard about the Golden Elixir, O Soma Drop, Philosopher’s Stone or what it takes to integrate this level of existence into reality. Then once again, when I got into the psych ward of the hospital and started talking to other “patients” I found others who were experiencing the dripping phenomenon. Who knows how many folks are actually stepping up into this level of awareness?
Eastern healing sciences have extended to integrate the heights of this level of knowledge and do not pathologize these times of growth. They do not have similar names for manic depression and schizophrenia. These times of dissonance are understood differently as phases of growth or blockages. The ancient Chinese (Classical Chinese Medicine -CCM) and Indian Ayurvedic healing modalities do offer advice and guidance to individuals and practitioners. Unfortunately, the wide majority of clients and allopathic practitioners discount these herbs and practices, claiming they do not work and are just superstition in many cases. Fortunately, energy medicine and a return to herbology are on the rise, and more and more individuals are not depending solely on allopathic answers. More people are choosing to rely on higher-quality practitioners, ones who can train and teach their clients to heal and care for themselves and not just take pills. These healers and care providers extend care and knowledge and offer the means to heal the body, not just ameliorate symptoms. Healing the body and the mind is a process that takes time and knowledgeable support. Too many in our post-modern culture want to just take a pill and then call someone in the morning if it did not ease the pain. Alternative providers are in most cases offering ancient healing wisdom, and many offer advanced sound and light methodologies. We are a very complex species. Once activated, these alchemical practices step the physiological processes of our bodies into an even-higher level of complexity. Mark Roth reported in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, February 24, 2010 in his article, Cancer Expert Tells How Treatment Can Be Problem that Dr. Max Wicha, the founder of the University of Michigan’s Comprehensive Cancer Center stated, “the reason breast cancer and other malignancies often return aggressively after treatment is that when tumor cells die under assault from chemotherapy and radiation, they give off substances that can reactivate a special set of master cells known as cancer stem cells.” Dr. Wicha further stated that chemotherapy and radiation kill off the faster growing cells but leave the slower growing stem cells alive, living under the radar until they are once again spurred into action. Sounds like a perpetual cycle of creating death? Seriously, do they want to find the cure? Treating cancer is a Trillion dollar industry. What does it feel like when someone has activated his or her Immortal Jing Cycle? What are Jing Cycles? Women mature through seven cycles of seven years each and men mature through eight cycles of eight years, it is the evolutionary process of aging as taught within Chinese Medicine. If you live long enough, both men and women can mature into their last Jing cycle: The Immortal Jing Cycle (IJC). When one activates the function of the IJC, an exquisite dripping liquid drips down the back of your throat. [ I have heard, never experienced it myself, that after you take cocaine there is an after taste of some acrid, liquid maybe waxy substance that expels down the back of your throat.] Well, when the drip matures as a result of disciplines it drips liquid constantly. It feels like a constant post-nasal drip in the beginning. When the organs of the brain mature to secrete this cocktail of chemicals, it can cause many symptoms. Once these symptoms are understood, refined, and celebrated, the development can be more easily integrated into your lifestyle. It does take a level of digging into doing the disciplines and practicing the skills. One does not earn a svelte physique by lounging on the couch. The concept of quality became a foundational concern for me. What is the best quality of care you can create for yourself if you encounter these issues on your transformational healing journey? Whom you depend on and what their skills are greatly determines your outcome. In Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, Pirsig speaks of this concept of quality. How does one quantify quality? Certainly, if someone were to manifest an energetic growth spurt and relied on a knowledgeable alchemical practitioner to teach him or her how to take the appropriate herbal formula and essential oil and practice the appropriate pranayama skill set and yoga asana, growth could take place gracefully. How to integrate the process gracefully into his or her lifestyle would be a boon, as opposed to the very contrasting option of seeking reflection from a psychiatrist who would proclaim mental illness and prescribe a serious psycho-pharmaceutical. Do you know what a quality experience or product is when you behold it? How does one improve the quality of one’s care, one’s life, and one’s relationships? Pirsig defines quality as “a characteristic of thought and statement that is recognized by a non- thinking process. Because definitions are a product of rigid, formal thinking, quality cannot be defined” (1976,184–85). Therefore, one can conclude that quality is a characteristic that is self-referencing and can only be experienced. What is your definition of quality? After I experienced a quality moment or quality product, I knew going forward from that point in time what quality was based on that experience. You have your own personal experiences that provide a benchmark for what quality means, and you set aside those supreme moments or products

for yourself as a measure of quality. You then go forward motivated to re-create that quality moment and experience bigger and better for yourself and others. Wouldn’t you agree that is how most folks operate? For instance, ingesting herbal remedies rarely creates side effects, and when they are combined with essential oils and flower remedies, they can create a true sense of well-being. In contrast, many pharmaceuticals are so potent that just a tiny dosage can cause powerful changes and extreme side effects. In this moment, can you recall the list any television commercial must recite as part and parcel, of the advertising script? Internal bleeding, loss of eyesight, and increased risk of heart attack, to name a few. Who takes such cures in hopes of healing?
Is it one of your life goals to create more and more quality experiences for yourself and your loved ones? How do we learn to improve the quality of our lives? Does the fulcrum of our focus to gain more quality rely on the purchase of some product or another person’s skill, or can quality be enhanced by changing our personal focus? Does quality become enhanced by sharing an experience or product? Do you know when you have experienced a quality moment in your life?
One major ingredient that characterizes quality relationships for me is creating greater and greater moments of communion. Don’t you enjoy those times when you feel more connected, more heard, and more expanded after sharing a specific personal experience and having another individual really listen and understand what you said? I’m talking about the times when that other individual doesn’t just hear your words; rather, the meaning lands in their awareness to such a degree they move closer to hear your every word. Don’t you value those moments more and more and want to create more of those shared moments of caring and sharing? To me those moments are essential in my personal life, my professional life, and in general conversations in my everyday living. That is conversation and communication skills. Have you ever experienced supernatural sex? Yes, times of infinite communion for hours and hours with your sacred beloved! Do you know how to create more quality moments in your life?
To expound on this conundrum, I most often return again and again to the teaching story of the aged monk walking in an alley

with his fellow junior monk. As they walk along, gazing at various sites, the younger monk is appalled at the poverty and squalor of his surroundings, gasping and gagging in turn at the horror surrounding him. The wizened older monk wanders along seemingly oblivious to his junior counterpart’s horror, pain, and suffering and to the destruction of the surrounding environment. The older, wiser monk joyfully points out various plants and observes beauty in mundane objects, not judging his surroundings but accepting how life is. This older monk’s more compassionate and accepting perspective of life and living teaches his junior monk how to refocus mindfully on the joy and beauty in the moment. The wizened monk’s skill enhances his internal, horizontal beingness and does not introduce more stress into his nervous system about how futile it would be for one individual to focus on improving his or her cultural surroundings. Although this personal practice of focusing on beauty does not attend to aiding the improvement of culture, it does improve the quality of an individual’s perspective. Do we need to focus on improving our surroundings, our external environmental reality, or do we expend our resources focusing on improving our internal landscapes and our right-mindfulness skills? Does one affect the other? Does reading this Chautauqua aid the quality of your internal landscape? Your external landscape? How can we continue to ignore the poor quality of our surrounding environment and solely focus on our own individual internal landscapes? When do those who have achieved higher-quality internal and external landscapes affect the whole environment of this planet?
It took me years to be able to focus my awareness to experience what seekers define as “the peace that passes understanding.” It is a dumbfounding experience! Truly suspending my old ways of meaning made me dumb with laughter and wonder; the experience literally suspends the thinking mind. If I could, I would manufacture it and sell it. Spray bottles and compote jars of “peace that passes understanding.” Alas, it is a personal experience, a self-referencing quality moment in time. It can be taught and shared skillfully but not like offering someone a piece of fish to eat. As the old axiom says, “Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; teach him to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.”

In this epoch, teach a person to activate his or her Immortal Jing Cycle, and after enough men and women purify their trikayas, the species of Homo sapiens will become immortal, adding not just added decades but millennia to people’s life spans. Can we create the ageless age?
I have creatively marketed and offered various modalities to share my experience one on one and to teach groups in a workshop format in person and online. Once I learned ascension as taught by the Ishayas, it became an effortless effort, easier and easier as I practiced. Psychic energy is amazing; it can be enhanced and strengthened when shared. These days I teach the meditation form and offer energetic shamanic sessions to activate seekers’ awareness. After one two-hour kundalini- activation session, I was able to activate one gentleman’s energy system to step into generating the nectar. He had been practicing tai chi regularly for years and had invested time in other mindfulness skills. He was in wonder that the phenomenon occurred but not very pleased at the level of added effort maintaining the process required. He was a full-time crane operator and needed to be present to his full-time shift work. I told him to eat beef and pork and his field would contract. He said he would look me up after he retired. These days, I have to be careful not to rest my awareness too long in that most dumbfounding place where peace passes understanding, because it can cause more pain of growth of this nectar process. My healing process has been long and intense due to the pantheon of injuries I have endured over the years of my learning journey. However, I am putting the cart before the horse. One skill I keep revisiting above all else is the wizened monk’s perspective: focus on the beauty in the moment. Cultivating beauty is another important skill. Is the glass half-empty or half full? Black or white, one or the other? Ugly or beautiful? On the other hand, can we move beyond duality and resolve the paradox to see the glass as totally filled with liquid and gaseous matter? I have come to value the importance of what one focuses on and how one engages in the making of meaning in each now moment. Creating quality in my life in every now moment results in more quality moments. When you string one perfected moment after the next, what do you get? Paradise? Enlightenment? An eternal life worth living?
One post-modern definition of enlightenment is the ability to take perspectives, from the subjective or collective first person to the objective second person to the objective third person. Being able to reflect in the moment and into past moments from different perspectives is an art form that can be cultivated by having more conversations with oneself and with other folks as well. It is important to be able to take perspectives, integrate the knowledge of perspective taking without judgement and continue to seek perspectives. I refer to these times as moments of sifting and sorting. It can be mastered over time, by not only learning to self-reflect on your own life events but also by taking the empathetic perspective of others in your life, community, city, nation, and planet. Extending beyond duality into terms of good, better, and then best and extending to be able to sense into another’s life circumstances are the hallmarks of second-tier thinking, another indicator of the first stage of enlightenment. Easily and effortlessly being able to extend compassionately toward any life circumstance is an outward effect of having achieved an advanced stage of enlightenment. In contrast, if someone is incapable of extending beyond the self, forever

only able to live life from an I-me-mine awareness, that individual has yet to achieve second-tier thinking or perspective taking. Do you find it difficult to share time and activities with someone who can only, always, and forever think of their own needs? Do you find it difficult to share time and activities with someone who needs and maybe demands that their reality is the only valuable perspective? How well loved and cherished can you feel by someone who can only think of themselves?
The importance of being able to take perspectives is imperative to being an aware individual. Taking perspectives is important. Seeking perspectives is the second step in becoming a conscious being. One must ask others who don’t necessarily share your same opinion of any given subject matter. How else are we going to learn from our life experiences? It is imperative to inquire into other people’s experiences and ask how they feel and think about the matter up for contemplation. Then one must integrate, compare, and contrast the learning from taking and seeking perspectives. So, again one must take perspectives, seek perspectives and then integrate the learning gained from gleaning different perspectives. We all have something important to learn from each other.
I hope that by sharing my story, I can help you extend to see from another’s perspective and grow the skills of empathy. Empathy is different from sympathy. Empathy engages your feeling senses to extend and empathize with another. Engaging and activating your emotional self as well as your thinking self to sense into another perspective is the next stage of becoming a more authentically, wholly (and holy) present being. The key to mastering empathy is not to mesh with another’s field to such an extent that you take on their karmic burden but to sense into and feel what they are experiencing. (The power of the learning from the Covid Crisis, social distancing is a great skill! I always work to maintain 6 feet from anyone.) It also helps to extend care and appreciation for their life circumstances and to aid whenever possible to extend a helping hand. This skill set is developed over time and matures with practice. This is the age of accountability and mastering your own destiny. Enlightenment is about mastery of all our faculties, developing competency in multiple lines of intelligence not just left-brained cognitive intelligence. Evidence-based research has proven that meditation—that

is, becoming enlightened—enhances cognitive intelligence as well as other lines of intelligence. The dozen or so different developmental lines are different: emotional intelligence, social intelligence, cognitive intelligence, sexual intelligence, spiritual intelligence, cultural intelligence, spatial intelligence, musical intelligence, kinesthetic intelligence, and moral intelligence, to name a few. The key point to remember is you may have competency in one or even mastery in a few lines of intelligence, but this does not indicate that you have achieved mastery or even competency in all the lines of intelligence or achieved second-tier thinking. Undergoing an integral assessment will offer you a view into you that results in a pictogram or psychograph of the heights of your lines of intelligences. It can be a very self-revealing process. How do you know what to focus on improving if you do not know your deficiencies? Ken Wilber states in Integral Spirituality:
A major reason that the cognitive line is necessary but not sufficient for the other lines is that you have to be aware of something in order to act on it, feel it, identify with it, or need it. Cognition delivers the phenomena with which the other lines operate. Consciousness is not anything itself, just the degree to openness or emptiness, the clearing in which the phenomena of the various lines appear. Consciousness is not itself a phenomenon—it is the space in which phenomena arises. (2006, 65–66)
Obtaining a picture of the various altitudes of the various lines of your intelligences offers a representation of the growth you have undergone during your life. How do you grow each of the lines of intelligence? Different practices focus on developing different aspects of your consciousness. Meditation—turning your gaze inward—offers the truest method of expanding your awareness. Navel gazing does earn the rewards of consciousness. Hours spent over years of practice does purify consciousness, resulting in the openness or emptiness for the other lines of intelligence to be expressed. Self-realization can be expressed in many fields of endeavor. We need enlightened musicians,

baseball players, electricians, bus drivers, police officers, and political and business leaders. All occupations can evolve.
Reading about someone else’s trials and tribulations enhances your own emotional-intelligence skills. Becoming attuned and aware of another’s learning journey—sensing into another’s growing pains, if you will—offers you moments of connection and reflection to earn the learning without skinning your own knees, so to speak. It is much easier to read about pain and what it took for someone to process through PTSD than having to do it yourself. I do not wish my journey on anyone. Can we not ease each other’s learning journeys? Can we not extend a helping hand? Aiding another to resolve their karmic burden is quite a different skill set. I like to state that karma is a bitch only if you are a bitch, or jackass in the case of men. The jackass factor in many men is quite daunting, and stubbornness is difficult to resolve. Ignorance coupled with arrogance and its brother stubbornness is a very difficult combination to motivate to evolve. These characteristics create a vicious cycle of combative one-upmanship that escalates limited behaviors, creating grooves or karmic patterns. Aiding to ease our planetary karmic burden is the definition of dharma; when your karma becomes your dharma, then collective learning can enhance planetary evolution. Stepping out of the pattern of creating karma or resentments is a powerful step to make personally and professionally. by sharing my herstory, someone will learn from my mistakes. Our planetary hierarchy is still in its infancy. There is much competition and killing. Systems of sharing, caring, and supporting authentic knowledge and mastery are much maligned because the scientific community is still operating out of the Newtonian physical epistemology. Those who share the same stage and state of consciousness can only validate that level of reality, and there are so many charlatans and popular teachers who just want you to feel good. Stepping into higher states does have a feel-good quality, every time. Nevertheless, growth also requires you to think and behave differently. From my perspective, the highest functions of enlightenment are accessed through the deepest states accessed through sleep state. When the body is at rest, the mind and soul can still function. Sadly, most so-called enlightened teachers making a comfortable living within our epoch know not of this reality of functioning, and all psychiatrists disparage anyone who stumbles onto the path. More sadly, there are many who look like they are experiencing waking state who access the higher states and walk around like they are sleepwalking or worse. Learning how to cycle into experiencing the heightened states is a skill that can be mastered with support and guidance. You need to be taught by a skillful teacher/coach how to extend into the field of silence during waking state and then to continually purify during sleep state.
True meditation is not guided meditation. Meditation is not when you listen to music and are taught different breath patterns. Music is an object of stimulation. Sounds create many objects of stimulation within consciousness. Lying and focusing into the silence is the skill to master in the beginning. If you are practicing a sitting form of meditation, find a comfortable surface and stretch out. Don’t sit up, that is the old paradigm. Lying down relaxes the whole system, all four of your bodies and does not introduce more stress or pain into your system. There is much more to master afterward. Sitting also drives stress into the nervous system and cutes off feeling and blood circulation into the legs. Please stop sitting to meditate, if you are interested in activating your IJC. Lie down on a comfortable surface and completely relax the whole nervous system. Old traditions desire to rise above the physical body; activation of the IJC seeks to integrate, purify and lighten up all layers of the body and the mind. Explaining what the growth and mastery looks and feels like over time is the goal of this treatise. perhaps you will grow to want to join a cohort of people willing to invest in what it takes to activate the nectar of immortality. What is the tipping point for our species to create this phenomenon in everyone on this planet? Would creating this phenomenon be a boon to our culture? From my perspective, the more the merrier. Unity consciousness does not occur alone—hence the term unity—and community is in service to unity.
In the epistemology of labels for advanced states of consciousness, unity consciousness is Christ consciousness. Could the Second Coming of Christ be defined as the heralding of Christ consciousness for our species? Maybe when those who step into experiencing advanced states of awareness are actually aided to understand and process through the growth, we could create a new age of enlightenment and immortality.
Maybe we could teach individuals how to not quash the growth of the expansion phase with the wrong chemicals and instead teach them how to process through the messy parts and add the proper vitamins, minerals, nootropics, supplements and herbs to facilitate the growth of human consciousness, not quash it. Unfortunately, and sadly, as begun during the previous industrial and chemical age, the manufacture and use of chemical products and knowledge has created more obstacles to hinder attainment. Are you eating organic? Have you studied what genetically modified organisms (GMOs) can do to the flora of the intestines, the second brain? I felt a major difference in my gut after going organic. GMOs create pain and bloating in the intestines, disrupt the microbiome and complicate the alchemical process. The subtle principles of the alchemical processes of our species’ evolution are much misunderstood and do not need any further complications. The optimum functioning of our second brain, the gut, is key to our specie’s evolution. Garbage in, garbage out. Most insecticides and pesticides are neurotoxins. They are designed to kill bugs. Do you think they have an effect on our nervous systems after we eat the food they are sprayed on? Enlightenment grows the sensory perception faculties of the sense organs: clairaudience, clairvoyance, clairempathy, clairalience, clairtangency and clairsentience. Toxins interfere with the subtle operation of these senses, destroying our species capacity to be of service to our families, ourselves and the greater family of humanity.

Our present Western medical model obfuscates these principles. Presently, the power to change this paradigm is in the hands of the ignorant few who control the destiny of our species. How do we the people change the paradigm for the multitudes of seekers? Those few in power have yet to mature to enlightenment, which as a phenomenon in and of itself can rest upon a bedrock of caring and sharing if the integration and maturation of the heart chakra takes place in conjunction with the chakras of the higher mental functions. Unity consciousness is just that—communion with greater and greater numbers of objects of consciousness: sentient beings, not inanimate tokens of currency. It is my fervent hope and prayer that others will experience some level of learning by reading my first-person accounting of my life lessons instead of having to live through the depths of pain that I have experienced. It is my greatest desire to aid the reduction of suffering in our family of humanity. How do we stop the cycle of pain and abuse if someone doesn’t stand up and say enough is enough! Physical pain and emotional pain do hurt! In fact, for me at times the emotional pain was even more intense than the physical pain. On the outside, many folks can extend empathy and compassion to those who show physical signs of impairment—actual physical wounds. Extending empathy to those who have experienced emotional damage is a more nuanced skill. An even more delicate skill is being able to skillfully aid those experiencing energetic and psychic wounds. When do we stop hurting each other and ourselves?
Liberty Mutual did a truly remarkable series of responsibility commercials that depict folks preventing accidents and injuries in little, everyday acts of kindness and service to each other—folks being kind and courteous, folks being watchful and trying not to step in front of each other. These commercials portray individuals actually helping each other to avoid accidents and injuries, like people assisting others out of the way of inopportune car doorways, being mindful to not slam folks in the face with doors or fists, and catching things that almost fall on top of each other. Can we grow to be mindful of all our everyday actions that help to prevent pain and suffering for ourselves and each other? Can we truly become our brothers’ and sisters’ keepers? Can we help each other

live more caring and mindful lives? Can we learn to not purposely inflict pain on each other and actually help to prevent others from inflicting pain on people? Is that the path to creating everlasting life? Can we, the family of humanity, stop hurting each other?
Another truism I have learned along my journey pertaining to chemicals is to be careful of the medicine any practitioner gives you. Doctors and medicine can kill you! As stated in Death by Medicine:
The estimated total number of iatrogenic deaths— that is, deaths induced inadvertently by a physician or surgeon or by medical treatment or diagnostic procedures—in the US annually is 783,936. It is evident that the American medical system is itself the leading cause of death and injury in the US. (Null et al., 2016. emphasis mine)
In an October 2011 article, Drug Deaths Now Outnumber Traffic Fatalities in US Data Shows By Lisa Girion, Scott Glover and Doug Smith in the Los Angeles Times analyzed 2009 death statistics from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that indicated the following:

Prescription drugs cause more deaths than illegal drugs, more than heroin and cocaine combined.
More people were killed by pharmaceuticals than motor vehicle accidents.
Prescription drugs are the preferred high for many, especially teens, as they are typically used legally, which eliminates the stigma of being a junkie.
Death by medicine! Pharmageddon is a twenty-first-century epidemic. America’s war on drugs is very clearly directed at the wrong enemy! Big Pharma racked in nearly 100 Billion (that’s a B!), a conservative estimate to produce those vaxes. I will not call them vaccines. And, we still do not know what was in them. Vaccines should contain antigens made from dead cells of the virus to activate an immune response. Yet, there is a movement to legalize marijuana. Becoming addicted to sacred herbs is yet another escape. Yes, sacred herbs can open the window to view into the possible new landscape, but to continue to foster authentic growth you must rely on the pantheon of spiritual disciplines and guidance from someone who has gone before. Also, do you know where the pharmaceutical industry is obtaining the new drugs on the market, at least most of those developed in the last 10 or 15 years? They are collecting human urine from Port-A-Potty companies and researching the molecules found in human urine. Then, they are being synthetically manufactured in a laboratory. Most doctors do not know where the new drugs are coming from. Bio-identical hormones come from horse urine. Doubt this claim? Do your research. One must dig deep to find this truth.
Sisters, all those hot flashes are your spiritual body maturing. That is your kundalini engine firing up! Trying to get you to pay attention to deeper processes. Wake up and ‘smell the roses’ inside of you! Don’t suffer the process, learn to harness that chi/energy/heat and step into developing yourself. In contrast to pharmaceutical offerings which are synthetically manufactured in a laboratory, herbs are grown in Mother Earth, have been used for centuries, have vibrational healing capacities and for the most part do not cause side effects. And, if they are wild harvested have wonderful Jing. I have learned to listen to my body’s wisdom and my cadre of spirit guides and follow my internal truth. I have also learned the higher truth that the wise use of healing herbs, vitamins, nootropics, amino acids, and minerals can very effectively replace psychotropic pharmaceuticals without the side effects. Beware of anyone who recommends psychotropic pharmaceuticals as the long- term, lifetime solution. Living in a chemical straight-jacket is painful and causes much harm. Finding the most-effective healing aids to soften and hasten the healing journey has been a truly enlightening journey. Yes, I did take antidepressants for a time, and they did help, but for me, finding more-natural herbal remedies aided me much more effectively. In addition, did I say without the side effects? I have always loved Plotinus’s definition of religion: “Truth is the highest form of religion.” My truth may not be your truth, but can we learn from each other’s truths? Can we? There is a true, truer, and truest truth as opposed to true or false. Moving beyond duality to qualify and parse through another’s conversation—in this case written words— requires a level of cognitive engagement to contrast what you knew back when with what you are learning by reading someone else’s herstory. Like the junior monk learning from the more senior and experienced monk in their learning model of walking, talking, and sharing life and adventures, each may offer some guidance in how to live through the suffering and learning in their own lives with more grace and skill. Each individual will interpret his or her experiences depending on the stage of development he or she has achieved. The lens of observation affects what conclusions an individual arrives at and guides his or her future learning. Can we learn to live on this planet by sharing greater and greater levels of truth and love?
There are different levels of truth about any given subject. I like to parse through the true, truer, and truest forms of knowledge, taking different perspectives. I have also learned that as my knowledge grows about any subject matter; my truth became truer, framing and shaping my new behaviors and aiding me to step beyond old thinking and doing. In the end, mastery of a given subject matter leads to being able to offer guidance into the highest or truest truth of that subject matter. How many other individuals do you know who have lived through the circumstances previously outlined and activated their IJC? How many others do you know who have written a book about how to activate the deeper alchemical processes? I wrote this book intentionally to espouse what the nectar of immortality is and how its development affects individual thinking and doing and the surrounding culture.

From time to time, my spirit guides come in to sing to me. If you think choir music is beautiful, think Gregorian chanting and harmonies of celestial majesty. Tears just rain down my face every time it happens. It is so glorious to hear. What do they sing to me? It is the ancient Vedic Chant/Prayer that was memorialized in the movie Matrix. Thomas Ashley-Farrand included this prayer for immortality in Healing Mantras:

A Tibetan blessing says, “May you be reborn in a land where the dharma is taught,” and also, “May you live in interesting times.” My fervent prayer is for all those interested in attaining immortality to not be hindered on their merry path. May WE all grow to know greater truths and share greater love and peace on this Goldie Locks Planet, so that our Sacred Mother Gaia cradles our sacred journey to our most divine sacred destiny.
