SUE Speaksis a follow-up to The Cosmic Fuel Pump, a public access TV show that was my soapbox in the early 80s, where the actress that I was shifted to the advocate I had become for changing from a worldview based on greed to one coming from compassion. After I did 36 episodes ofThe Cosmic Fuel Pump, a bookletcalled INSIDE THE INTELLIGENCE: Mapping the Path to Oneness landed in my lap. It describes the world we need to live in and tells me to work to bring that about. This new show is me taking the job and part of each show is me reading a page, with the idea being that I’ll read the whole document over the life of the show.
This show was done for Amazon Prime, only the info given me was wrong and it does not fit Amazon’s specs, which would not let me send anyone off the Amazon site – but the object of the show is to get viewers to www.SUESpeaks.org to put our heads together to help shift our worldview. The show is homeless now, looking for where it might get delivered.
Watching it, it’s like we’re huddling together, compatriots round the campfire. We’re not solving individual problems but looking to shift the fundamentals of how we run the world. We talk about the sweep of history and the patterns of societal change and where we are in those cycles. I bring you some heroes to inspire you and introduce you to some historical models where we united to encourage us thinking about what we could do. We’ll look for outside the box ideas — trimtabs for system change. Maybe something can get the world’s attention that would change everything.
